Getting started with my UnitedHealthcare plan is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
One
I have my member ID card. I use it whenever I have an appointment or need to fill a prescription.
Two
I call my provider's office and schedule a checkup.
[Touch-tones beep in the background.]
That way, I get the most out of my plan and stay healthy. Plus, an annual checkup is important for good health.
Three
I sign on to MyUHC.com/CommunityPlan, I can find all of my health information in one handy place.

To register for MyUHC.com/CommunityPlan, I click the "Register Now" button and enter my member ID or social security number and date of birth. Now I can search for doctors, view my new ID card, and see my benefits at any time.
